The Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board has just launched the emulation movement "Speeding up the implementation of works and projects and completing the disbursement of public investment capital in 2024".
By the end of July, the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board was assigned to be the investor of 55 projects and works with a total public investment capital of over VND 3,800 billion in 2024. It is expected that by the end of the year, the Project Management Board will continue to receive additional capital, so the disbursement task will be heavy. In the last 6 months of the year, on average, nearly VND 600 billion must be disbursed each month.
To complete the disbursement task in 2024, the Project Management Board requests that officers, civil servants, and employees compete, strive, and be highly determined, working outside of office hours and on weekends. The functional and project management departments minimize the time to perform the work and develop a schedule for implementing the task.
The Project Management Board strives to start 10 new projects in the third quarter and 14 new projects in the fourth quarter. By the end of 2024, 13 projects will be completed. By December 31, 2024, the Project Management Board strives to ensure that the construction volume disbursement reaches at least 95% of the capital plan, and by January 31, 2025, the capital disbursement reaches 100% of the plan.
