50 million VND reward for first prize in architecture of Thai Binh River overpass on Hai Duong City Ring Road I

The Thai Binh River Overpass Bridge Project is part of the Thai Binh River Overpass Bridge Construction Project and the access road on the Hai Duong City Ring Road I section from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390C. The construction site is in Ngoc Son and Tien Tien communes (Hai Duong City).

Time to receive application documents from September 27 to 5:00 p.m. October 27, 2024.

Contest entries are submitted directly to the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board at 16 Le Viet Hung, Ngoc Chau Ward, Hai Duong City. The first prize winner will be awarded 50 million VND, the second prize 20 million VND and the third prize 10 million VND.

The architectural plan as required by the competition must ensure compliance with the scale in the approved investment policy with a bridge width of 22.5m (including railings, 2x0.5m wheel guard + 2x3m mixed lane + 4x3.5m car lane + median strip, 1.5m safety strip). The main criteria are level II traffic works or higher; building the bridge with reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete structure; ensuring the clearance height of the Thai Binh River and the total length of the bridge of about 663m (to the end of the abutment). The cost of building the bridge is about 759 billion VND.
