Over 974 billion VND invested in building Lai Cach new urban area (Cam Giang) phase 1

The project has just been approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for investment. The Lai Cach new urban area construction project phase I has a total area of ​​over 37.5 hectares located in Lai Cach town and Cam Dong commune. The north of the project land borders National Highway 5, the south borders Provincial Road 394 and the lake land of Cam Dong commune, the east borders the district center and Provincial Road 394, the west borders the old residential areas of Nam and Dia 9 villages (Lai Cach town) and Thuong village (Cam Dong commune).

According to the approved 1/500 detailed planning, the residential land area is over 8.3 hectares including commercial housing land, townhouses and villas. Of which, 114 houses will be built with the exterior finished, with a scale of 7 floors in lot OTM2 and a scale of 4 floors and 1 attic in lots OTM5, OTM7, OTM9, OTM11, OTM13 and OTM25.

Land for traffic is nearly 12.29 hectares including internal traffic roads, parking lots, service roads, National Highway 5 corridor, Provincial Road 394.

Land for green parks, water surface and sports facilities over 8.37 hectares. Land for building cultural center nearly 5.6 hectares.

Service land 3,366 ha, including a 7-storey commercial service center. Education land over 1.22 ha to build a 3-storey kindergarten. The rest is land for public works, technical infrastructure...

Lai Cach new urban area is planned with a total area of ​​95.88 ha. The progress of phase I is as follows: site clearance within 18 months from the date of the decision approving the results of investor selection. Complete investment in technical infrastructure construction within 30 months; kindergartens, trade service centers, and rough housing projects are completed within 42 months from the date of site handover.

Phase II of the project with the remaining area is expected to be invested and constructed in the years from 2026 to 2030.
