The students who received the award all strived to improve and had good academic performance and good conduct.
On the afternoon of September 24, at the headquarters of Thanh Binh Ward People's Committee (Hai Duong City), the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education awarded prizes to poor students who overcame difficulties to study well on the occasion of "Vietnam Promotion of Education Day October 2, 2023".
The Provincial Association for Promotion of Education has awarded 60 poor students who overcame difficulties to study well in the 2022-2023 school year in 12 district-level localities. Each locality has 5 students (VND 1 million/student). The total budget of VND 60 million is drawn from the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education and socialization.
Students are spread from primary to high school and continuing education. Each child faces different special difficulties such as being orphaned by one parent, orphaned by both parents; having a mentally ill, disabled, or sick parent; some children are disabled… However, they all strive to excel in their studies and life; their academic performance is good, excellent, and their conduct is good.
