Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate has instructed departments, branches and localities to develop inspection plans for 2025, including requirements to avoid overlap and duplication.
According to the instructions, the Provincial Inspectorate will preside over and coordinate with inspectors of departments, branches, districts, towns and cities to handle overlaps and duplications in the development of inspection plans and in inspection activities, especially enterprise inspections.
The exchange and agreement on handling overlaps and duplications in inspection activities must ensure the principle that within a 1-year plan, inspections of the same content must not be conducted at a specific subject (agency, organization, unit, enterprise).
In case of non-overlapping content, the inspection agencies shall agree to avoid overlapping inspection time so as not to affect the normal operations of the unit.
In case of overlap but inspection is necessary due to the request of superiors; the request of handling complaints, denunciations and preventing and combating corruption and negativity or the need to promptly detect and handle cases with signs of law violations, the inspection agencies shall discuss and agree with each other to conduct the inspection...
For businesses that have been inspected in 2023 and 2024, consideration should be given when choosing to include them in the inspection plan (except in cases where there is information or signs of violations of the law are detected).
