On the evening of April 20, the Provincial Task Force 151 coordinated with the Task Force 151 of Hai Duong City Police to promptly stop a man who intended to commit suicide.

At around 10 p.m., while patrolling and controlling traffic routes in Hai Duong City and neighboring areas, at Han Bridge, the police discovered Mr. N.D., born in 1977, residing in Hiep Hoa Commune (Kinh Mon), drunk and intending to jump off the bridge to commit suicide.
Working group 151 promptly stopped, encouraged and supported relatives to bring Mr. D. home.
According to his family, recently Mr. D. has shown signs of depression.
