The Document Subcommittee of the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress has 54 members.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, is Head of the Subcommittee.

Comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as Deputy Heads of the Subcommittee. Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department is a Standing Member of the Subcommittee.

The members of the Subcommittee are members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation and leaders of departments, some committees, socio-political organizations and agencies of the province.

The Subcommittee is responsible for drafting political reports, review reports of the Provincial Party Committee, draft resolutions of the Congress and other documents serving the Congress for submission to the Provincial Party Committee for approval.

In the process of implementing the tasks, the Subcommittee established an editorial team and recruited leaders and officers from relevant departments, branches and sectors to assist, with the consideration and decision of the Head of the Subcommittee.
