Inspecting the fish cage farming model on the river of Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc's household in Nam Tan commune, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged the initiative, active learning, research to apply farming techniques, and introduce new breeds into production. Mr. Duoc's family is the first household in the province to successfully raise sturgeon breeds with high economic value.
