Captain Truong Ang shines to bring U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong into the quarterfinals of the National U9 Football Tournament

At Gia Lai Provincial Sports Stadium, U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong of coach Nguyen Hung Hoang took the field with the strongest lineup and entered the match as the team ranked first in the group in the outer round.

Right from the first minutes, U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong maintained an all-out attacking style from many directions, using many moves similar to the matches against other opponents from the group stage. Against a higher rated opponent, U9 GOCOBAY Ngoc Hung organized a tight defense, blocking many attacks from U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong.

In the 32nd minute, it was captain Truong Ang who raised the score to 2-0 for U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong with a powerful and dangerous shot from near the middle of the field. In the 37th minute, captain Truong Ang completed his hat-trick with a close-range header.

On the other hand, despite pushing up the attacking formation, U9 GOCOBAY Ngoc Hung only had one time the ball hit the crossbar of U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong in the 30th minute.

It seemed like the match would end with 3 goals in favor of U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong, but in the 40th minute, Duc Tien (number 6) put an end to U9 GOCOBAY Ngoc Hung after raising the score to 4-0. This was also the final result of the match.

In this match, captain Truong Ang of U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong continued to show his flexible playing style, leading the team and controlling the game very well. Except for the first match in the group stage against U9 Dong Nai where he did not score a goal, Truong Ang scored in all the following matches.
