Heart-stopping scene of a child in Thanh Mien running into the street right in front of a car

The car's dash cam recorded a dangerous traffic situation that occurred on the afternoon of February 15, on a road in Chi Lang Nam commune (Thanh Mien).

While the car was moving on the road, suddenly a child rushed out in front of the car without anyone stopping him. Fortunately, the driver kept honking the horn, the child was startled and stopped, the driver braked in time and avoided the accident.

In reality, there have been cases where due to the subjectivity and lack of observation of parents living near traffic routes, children suddenly ran out into the road, while vehicles participating in traffic did not react in time, leading to traffic accidents.

This is also a lesson for drivers when driving in residential areas to focus on observing and promptly handling unexpected situations.

This situation once again warns parents, grandparents, and caregivers of young children to be extremely careful, especially those houses near major roads with a lot of traffic.
