After many years of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, this year Kinh Mon town (Hai Duong) plans to organize fireworks again on New Year's Eve.
The low-altitude fireworks display will take place for 15 minutes (from 11:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. on February 9) at Nguyen Dai Nang Square, Hiep An Ward. There will be 150 low-altitude fireworks displays, combined with signal flares, fired simultaneously at 3 locations: east of Nguyen Dai Nang Square, behind the grandstand and west of the square.
Before the fireworks display, there is a New Year's Eve performance. The organization's funding is socialized from businesses and sponsors.
