Chi Linh City Party Committee includes many targets on urban construction and upgrading in draft congress documents

According to the draft outline, in the direction, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, the Chi Linh City Party Committee has set out 20 main targets for the city's overall socio-economic development.

In particular, there are many targets to strive for in building and upgrading the urban area such as: Chi Linh is recognized as a type II urban area by 2030 and becomes a type I urban area by 2040. The urbanization rate strives for 85% (currently 73%); completing the upgrading of Hung Dao and Le Loi communes to wards; the total population of the city reaches 280,000 people, of which the inner-city population reaches 238,000 people...

In addition, there are some new indicators included for the first time in the target, such as the city's ranking according to the annual district-level competitiveness index, the rate of online public services, etc.

The draft outline also outlines the city's development viewpoint and action motto in the coming term; vision, characteristics of the city's development (beautiful millennium - unique culture - developed economy - civilized urban area - happy people); breakthroughs, key projects in the term...
