Thanh Mien proactively investigates, collects, and stores information on businesses' human resource needs to introduce jobs to workers.
According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Thanh Mien district, on average, each year, relevant local units have consulted and introduced new jobs to more than 2,500 people. These workers mainly work in enterprises in the district. Some workers are recruited and supplied by enterprises outside the district.
The district supports information and introduces some workers who need to export labor to reputable enterprises; coordinates with the Center for Employment Services - Vocational Education (Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) to complete documents to go abroad. The district directs functional departments to proactively investigate, collect and store information on the human resource needs of enterprises, thereby introducing jobs to workers.
Thanh Mien district currently has more than 180 enterprises, production and business establishments, creating jobs for 26,000 workers.
