Tan Viet won first prize in volleyball for officials and women's union members of Binh Giang district.

The volleyball tournament for female cadres and members of Binh Giang district attracted 11 participating teams. Tan Viet team won first prize.

On October 20, the Women's Union of Binh Giang district coordinated with the District Culture and Sports Center to organize the 2024 volleyball tournament for female cadres and members of Binh Giang district.

The tournament was attended by 110 athletes who are cadres and women's union members from 11 communes: Nhan Quyen, Hong Khe, Thai Hoa, Tan Viet, Tan Hong, Hung Thang, Co Bi, Thai Duong, Binh Xuyen, Thai Hoc and Long Xuyen.

After dramatic matches, the volleyball teams of Tan Viet and Co Bi communes met in the final match. As a result, Tan Viet commune won first prize, Co Bi commune won second prize, and third prize went to Nhan Quyen and Thai Duong communes.

The 2024 Binh Giang District Women's Volleyball Tournament for Cadres and Women's Union Members is a practical activity to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union and Vietnamese Women's Day.
