On December 4, the leaders of Da Nang city received and worked with the high-level delegation of the "Project to Eliminate Violence Against Women and Children in Vietnam for the period 2021-2025" (EVAWACC project). At 1:25 p.m. on December 4, at Km 189+100 on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway, in Chau Que Thuong Commune, Van Yen District, Yen Bai Province, a traffic accident occurred, killing two people on the spot and damaging two vehicles. According to initial information, a truck with license plate 29H-790.33 traveling in the direction of Lao Cai - Noi Bai, when reaching the above route, crashed into a truck with license plate 21H-008.54 traveling in the opposite direction. South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol is under increasing pressure from the opposition after declaring and then lifting martial law. The opposition, which consists of six parties including the main opposition Democratic Party (DP), the Fatherland Renewal Party, the New Reform Party, the Progressive Party, the Basic Income Party, and the Social Democratic Party, submitted a bill to impeach the President during the National Assembly session on the afternoon of December 4. This year’s unusually strong hurricane season has caused significant damage worldwide, above the 10-year average, according to a report by German reinsurer Munich Re. The total damage caused by hurricanes in the Atlantic and Pacific this year is estimated at $133 billion, the report said.
