Hai Duong Department of Finance lists 2 Decrees and 13 Circulars guiding the implementation of the 2023 Price Law

To implement the 2023 Price Law, Hai Duong Department of Finance has compiled a list of 2 Government Decrees and 13 Circulars of the Ministry of Finance.

The Provincial People's Committee requested to review current legal documents on prices to amend, supplement, abolish or issue new ones in accordance with the provisions of the 2023 Price Law (illustrative photo)

The Department of Finance requests departments, branches, socio-political organizations, and localities in the province to proactively organize the dissemination and propaganda of the 2023 Price Law.

To proactively implement the 2023 Price Law, effective from July 1, 2024, from the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Departments of Finance and departments, branches, sectors, units and localities in the province to proactively propagate and disseminate the Law; review current legal documents on prices to amend, supplement, abolish or issue new ones in accordance with the provisions of the 2023 Price Law; develop and issue legal documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the 2023 Price Law.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested to improve professional capacity in price appraisal for the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to meet the requirements when participating in the Price Appraisal Council according to the provisions of the 2023 Price Law, ensuring to meet the requirements of state price appraisal at agencies and units when arising.
