The Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung's upcoming high-end phone, has a flat screen, more curved at the four corners, but the camera cluster remains the same as the previous generation.

The device has a flat screen instead of a curved one like the previous generation, with four rounded corners with an overall blend between the S24 Ultra and S24 Plus.
The bottom edge of the phone has a USB-C port, S-Pen slot, speaker, microphone and SIM card slot. Some images show the device charging and running OneUI 7.0 interface based on Android 15. The screen is likely to remain 6.8 inches in size, slightly smaller than the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The rear camera cluster is almost similar to the current S24 Ultra. The main triple camera cluster is large with two lenses floating above and an LED flash. There are no new physical buttons other than the power button and volume up and down.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has the code SM-S938B, scoring 2,627 and 9,404 points in Geekbench 6's single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. The device will be equipped with the most powerful configuration with Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and 12GB RAM.
Samsung is likely to launch the S25 Ultra in January 2025 at an event in the US. The company will sell it a few days later in some markets, including Vietnam.
