Quang Ninh to launch 38 new tourism products in 2023

Ha Long City leads with 8 new tourism products. Some products have been tested in previous years such as "Night Cruise Street", sports tourism, entertainment and sailing on Ha Long Bay, listening to music on Ha Long Bay or night street, walking street in Long Tien Pagoda area (Bach Dang ward, Ha Long City).

Mr. Bui Duc Long, owner of the Sea Octopus restaurant cruise, said that the restaurant cruise can accommodate more than 200 guests with 2 large dining rooms and some private dining rooms. This is one of the newest products of Ha Long city to be launched, responding to the policy of fully reopening tourism activities and diversifying local tourism products.

Recently, the Ha Long City government also decided to reopen Bai Tho Mountain to provide tourists with the experience of climbing mountains, exploring cultural and historical values, and checking in to admire the unique beauty of Ha Long Bay and Ha Long City from above.

This year, the border city of Mong Cai will launch five new tourism products, introducing the unique features of the border region in terms of cuisine, farms, landscapes of the Valley of Love, and the Po Hen highland market. Not only focusing on the central wards, Mong Cai's new tourism products will expand to the border and highland areas of the city in the communes of Hai Xuan, Bac Son, Quang Duc, and Binh Ngoc.

Van Don district has 6 new tourism products, including Van Don Orange Season Week, 2 walking routes in Minh Chau and Quan Lan communes and 3 products related to Bai Tu Long National Park with beautiful, pristine landscapes and high biodiversity values. Van Don's new tourism products mainly exploit the potential and strengths of forests and seas with services such as kayaking, bamboo boats, scuba diving, cave exploration and overnight stays on board.

Three new tourism products of Co To island district include scuba diving at Thanh Lan, camping on Ba Chau beach, on Thanh Lan island and visiting nearby islands. Scuba diving to see corals at Thanh Lan island commune is the first in the northern region, promising great attraction for tourists who love exploration and adventure.

In the Eastern districts, Hai Ha district has recreational and resort tourism products on Cai Chien island. Dam Ha district has eco-tourism and resort products on Da Dung island. Ba Che district has experiential products associated with Ba Che river and historical, cultural and spiritual relics, and unique cultural features of the Dao Ba Che people.

Experiential sea tourism products in Binh Minh village, Hai Lang commune and community tourism products in Dong Dinh village, Phong Du commune, Tien Yen district, include sea tourism products aimed at experiences such as fishing, net fishing, rowing, experiencing mangrove forests, catching snails and cultural tourism introducing unique cultural values ​​of the Tay people in the Tay ethnic cultural village space of Tien Yen district and neighboring areas.

The mountainous and border district of Binh Lieu launched an eco-tourism product of cloud hunting on the top of Cao Ly mountain with activities such as camping, free climbing, cloud hunting photography... In the western localities of Quang Ninh, Dong Trieu town will exploit the night street, Su Tue walking street, the discovery experience tourism product at Quang Ninh Gate, and the fruit garden experience product in Tan Thanh village, Viet Dan commune.

Quang Yen town will have tours to visit Ha Nam island, Bach Dang Imprint, the product of Food Street and check-in point of Ben Ngu Quang Yen Night Street combining the forms of teambuilding, sightseeing, learning about local culture, folk games, indigenous cuisine. Uong Bi city launched 2 experiential tourism products on Phuong Hoang peak, Binh Huong peak with the wild and unique natural landscape of burnt grass hills, pine forests and camping activities, check-in...

After a trial period, expected from May to October 2023, the Department of Culture - Sports of Quang Ninh will officially introduce the art performance program to serve tourists. Accordingly, every Saturday, visitors can enjoy the program "Fairy Ha Long" with folk songs, dances, music combined with contemporary art, at the space of the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace.
