More than a hundred social housing units in Dong Mai Industrial Park are about to receive registration applications with an estimated price of 10.8 million VND per square meter.

Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company has just announced that it is accepting applications for the first phase of house purchase and rental at the Workers and Experts Housing Area in Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Yen Town. The project has a total of 1,000 social housing units and 72 low-rise commercial houses. Some of the facilities include kindergartens, public services, green parks, parking lots, etc.

Phase 1 has 135 units for sale with an estimated price of over 10.8 million VND per square meter (including VAT, excluding maintenance fee). The total value of one unit is about 576 - 726 million VND, corresponding to an area of ​​53.3 - 67.2 square meters.

The project has 173 units for rent with an estimated rental price of VND65,100 per square meter per month (including VAT and maintenance fee), equivalent to VND3.5 - 4.4 million per unit.

The investor started accepting applications for renting and buying apartments from February 21. The expected time for selling and renting is March 28.

Previously, the Quang Ninh Department of Construction also received a report from the Joint Venture of Global Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Hanoi Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company No. 6 on the progress of the GHomes Ha Long social housing area.

Currently, the project has 329 unsold units, out of a total of 790 units. The selling price of this project is about 16.2 million VND per square meter (including VAT, maintenance fee), corresponding to the smallest unit of 48 square meters priced at 570 million VND.

The investor said that there are 541 people eligible to buy houses but 80 cases have not signed contracts. GHomes Ha Long is known as the first social housing project in Quang Ninh with a total investment of about 1,400 billion VND.

In the project to build one million social housing units by 2030, Quang Ninh was assigned the target of completing 18,000 units. In the 2021-2024 period, the province has only completed more than 400 units, less than 3%. This year, the province was assigned to complete more than 2,200 units.
