Paris Saint-Germain is ready to pay Kylian Mbappe the highest salary in football, 600,000 euros/week, in the hope of convincing the young French striker to sign a new contract.
Mbappe's current contract with PSG has only 4 months left. Therefore, the 23-year-old striker is free to negotiate a transfer with clubs outside France.
Real Madrid is the team that most desires Mbappe, after failing with two offers to buy this striker last summer.

According to Independent, the French tycoon has not given up hope of keeping Mbappe, despite recent contract negotiations stalling.
They are preparing to make a new five-year offer, with a salary of 600,000 euros per week for Mbappe, excluding performance-based bonuses.
PSG believe that the club's financial strength will turn things around at the last minute. Mbappe has yet to make any comments about his future.
In the middle of last week, the young French talent once again shone brightly with the only goal to help PSG defeat Real Madrid, in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16.
Coach Ancelotti publicly praised the performance: "Mbappe is the best player in European football at the moment. He was simply unstoppable, even though we tried to contain him.
Militao didn't play badly today but Mbappe is a player who always knows how to make a difference thanks to his great personal qualities."
