Ninh Giang completed the forced demolition of illegal bridges and constructions of 8 households in Hung Long commune.

On the morning of August 12, the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong) organized the enforcement of bridges and constructions violating irrigation works along Dai Phu Giang canal, violating road traffic safety corridors for the remaining 3 households in Hung Long commune.

The authorities have forcibly dismantled the illegal bridges and constructions of 3 households: Vu Tuan Anh, Bui Thien Hung, Nguyen Huu Thuy. The bridges and constructions of the 3 households were all built illegally, violated irrigation works and are located in the traffic safety corridor of Provincial Road 396 (the section coinciding with the East-West axis of Hai Duong province).

Mr. Pham Huu Luong's household, whose illegal construction was included in the enforcement plan on the morning of August 12, voluntarily dismantled the illegal construction in early August 2024.

Previously, on July 17, the People's Committee of Ninh district organized enforcement of illegal irrigation and road traffic works against 4 households in Hung Long commune.

Thus, 9 illegal bridges and constructions of 8 households in Hung Long commune have been forcibly dismantled and voluntarily dismantled in accordance with the provisions of law.
