Many places in Hai Duong are determined to prevent dengue fever.

Hai Duong health sector has been directing and guiding localities with dengue fever outbreaks to drastically implement measures to control and prevent the spread of the disease.

As of the morning of August 14, Hai Duong province still has 3 active dengue fever outbreaks in Cao Xa village, Cao An commune (Cam Giang); Cap Nhat, Tien Tien commune (Hai Duong city); Lang Can 1, Thanh Lang commune (Thanh Ha). These outbreaks are still being well controlled under the active and drastic participation of the health sector and localities. In the photo: From July 27 to August 14, Cao An commune sprayed insecticide 4 times at 70 families in Chua hamlet, Cao Xa village - where the dengue fever outbreak is still active.

Staff from Cam Giang District Health Center regularly visit Cao An commune to supervise and work with leaders and health workers to implement measures to control and prevent the spread of the disease. Up to now, the District Health Center has supported Cao An commune with 3 automatic sprayers and 50 liters of mosquito-killing chemicals.

Most of the people in Chua hamlet, Cao Xa village, Cao An commune (Cam Giang) voluntarily clean up the environment, turning over unnecessary water containers so that mosquitoes and larvae do not have an environment to live and develop.

Mr. Duong Van Thuan, Head of Cao An Commune Radio Station, said that every day the commune directs the Radio Station to organize 4 times of propaganda on documents guiding and guiding dengue fever prevention, twice as many as usual days.

The dengue fever outbreak in Quang Ruc village, Hong Phong commune (Ninh Giang) ended on August 13, but local people are not complacent and are still proactively and actively implementing epidemic prevention measures according to instructions. On the afternoon of August 14, leaders of the Health Department and staff of the Ninh Giang District Health Center were still present in Quang Ruc village to propagate and remind people to increase hygiene and collect waste in their family premises to prevent the epidemic. 84 households in this village voluntarily contributed 100,000 VND/household to buy mosquito repellent. Hong Phong Commune supported people with human resources and machinery to spray pesticides.

Youth Union members of Hong Phong commune (Ninh Giang) actively participate in mobile propaganda to prevent dengue fever.

Khôngchỉ — Not only focusing on controlling the outbreak in Hong Phong commune, in recent times, health officials of Ninh Giang district have also organized 10 survey sessions on mosquito density and larvae index in many communes in the district as a basis for advising the district leaders and directing epidemic prevention solutions. Currently, propaganda work on dengue fever prevention is regularly carried out by Ninh Giang district on the radio system and social networks.
