Trainees attending the training course are equipped with theory and practice of basic measures in fire prevention, rescue and first aid.
On September 19, the Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) to train in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and salvage for the team, forces of natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, fire prevention and firefighting in the area of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee headquarters.
At the training course, the trainees were provided with basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting laws by the officers of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department; methods of propaganda and building mass movements for fire prevention and fighting; methods of preserving and using means, checking fire prevention and fighting safety; methods of developing and practicing fire prevention and fighting plans, measures, tactics and techniques.
Students practice using initial fire fighting equipment, escape skills, some rescue movements, first aid for victims... when a fire or explosion occurs.
