216 plots of land in Nam Dinh city and 21 plots of land in Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province will be auctioned next October. The lowest starting price is 9 million VND/m2.
The Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Service Center, in coordination with the Steering Committee for Auctioning Land Use Rights for People to Build Housing and Collect Land Use Fees for Resettlement in Nam Dinh City, will organize an auction of 113 land plots on the morning of October 8.
The land lots are the property of Nam Dinh City People's Committee, belonging to Nguyen Cong Tru Urban Area, Loc Vuong Ward, Nam Dinh City.
Plot area from 72.9 - 472.8 m2. Starting price from 29.2 - 50 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 2.7 billion to over 17 billion VND/plot.
The auction will take place at Thong Nhat Hall - Nam Dinh City People's Committee.
Also in Nam Dinh City, on the morning of October 14, the Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Service Center will organize an auction of the right to use 103 plots of land for people to build houses in Lien Ha 1 Resettlement Area, Cua Nam Resettlement Area (Do Quan Flower Garden), Service Land and Residential Land of Tran Culture Project, Loc Vuong Ward.
Accordingly, the area of the auctioned land plots ranges from 67.2 to 198.2 m2. Starting prices range from 16.4 to 38.1 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 1.1 billion VND to over 6.9 billion VND/plot.
The auction will take place at Thong Nhat Hall - Nam Dinh City People's Committee.
In Nam Truc district,On the morning of October 19, Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Service Center in coordination with Nam Truc District Department of Natural Resources and Environment will organize an auction of the right to use 21 land plots.
Accordingly, 21 auctioned land plots belong to the concentrated residential area of Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district.
Plot area from 90 - 157.3 m2. Starting price from 9 - 11 million VND/m2; equivalent from 900 million VND to more than 1.7 billion VND/plot.
Auction participants must deposit 20% of the starting price of each plot of land, equivalent to 180 - 346 million VND/plot.
The auction will take place at the hall of the People's Committee of Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district.
All 237 plots of land were auctioned by direct voting, one round for each plot of land at the auction, according to the ascending price method.
