On February 19, three households encroaching on land in Lim Mountain area, Phu Thu ward (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong), including Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Nguyen Van Phuong and Nguyen Van Tung, simultaneously dismantled and relocated illegal constructions.

The authorities have mobilized more than 100 people and vehicles to support the households. It is expected that in more than 1 week, the demolition of illegal constructions of 2 households will be completed; 1 household requested to organize the relocation of the entire house to a legal residential land location (within 1 month, starting from February 19, 2025).

Previously, on February 12, the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town issued a plan to enforce remedial measures against 3 households violating land regulations at Lim mountain mine, Phu Thu ward.

According to the plan, from February 19 to 21, the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town will organize enforcement and force the implementation of remedial measures for 3 households in violation. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc will be forced to demolish a 1-storey house, area of ​​315 m², reinforced concrete roof, brick walls, load-bearing concrete frame; move crops and aquatic products from the violating location...

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong's household must demolish a 3-storey house with an area of ​​94 m², reinforced concrete roof, brick walls, reinforced concrete frame; move all crops and assets on the land that have encroached on the violated land area.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tung's family must demolish a 1-storey house with an area of ​​172 m², reinforced concrete roof, reinforced concrete frame; move all crops and assets on the occupied land out of the violated land area.

After being informed and mobilized, by the evening of February 18, the above households agreed to sign a petition to voluntarily dismantle and relocate illegal constructions according to regulations.
