The Kinh Mon town reception and results department has applied a modern model similar to the Hai Duong Provincial Public Administration Center since January 2, 2024. Since then, the handling of administrative procedures here has been more convenient, professional and effective.
With an area of 550 m², the reception and result delivery department (the “one-stop” department) of Kinh Mon town has a capacity of more than 70 seats to serve the people. Unlike when it was at the old location, this department now has 16 working counters of 12 specialized departments and 3 vertical sectors with 17 officers and specialists. Here, there are 2 automatic queue number machines; 2 information lookup machines, online application submission on the National Public Service Portal.
From January 2 to May 31, the “one-stop” department of Kinh Mon town received 1,522 applications. 98.2% of the applications were processed before the deadline, on time, with no overdue applications...
