100% of communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong put administrative procedures in vertical sectors to be implemented at the "one-stop" department.

According to the report on the results of implementing state administrative reforms of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in 2023, currently 100% of wards, communes and towns in the province have put vertical administrative procedures into implementation at the "one-stop" department.

By the end of December 2023, 100% of communes, wards and towns in the province had implemented vertical administrative procedures (police, military, culture - society) at the "one-stop" department. All localities have arranged civil servants to receive, process administrative procedure files and return results according to Decision 1291/QD-TTg dated October 7, 2019 of the Prime Minister on the List of administrative procedures.

Currently, most of the "one-stop" departments of communes, wards and towns in the province have been built, renovated and fully equipped with facilities to receive and process administrative procedures. Typical examples include Gia Loc, Thanh Mien, Cam Giang districts, Chi Linh city... In Gia Loc district alone, 100% of the "one-stop" departments at the commune level have been built separately from the working areas of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune.

By the end of 2023, the whole province will receive more than 1 million administrative procedure records, with the rate of records resolved correctly and before the deadline being over 99%. The rate of digitizing file components will reach 99.7%, and the rate of digitizing file results will reach 99%.
