Recently, through inspection, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong has discovered that in the province there are a number of organizations and individuals hanging signs, posting advertisements, consulting, selecting and introducing workers to work abroad for a number of companies that have not been licensed to operate labor export activities according to regulations. The unit has coordinated with the police to promptly rectify and handle violations when violations are detected.

In addition, there is also fake information about recruiting people to work abroad on a seasonal basis in Korea, Australia, doing light work, high salary, helping with quick exit procedures... on social networks. If workers do not grasp the official information and listen to it, they will be lured into falling into the lines of brokers and scammers.

In recent times, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong has closely coordinated with the Department of Overseas Labor Management, the Overseas Labor Center, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, and the Hai Duong Employment Service - Vocational Education Center to implement programs to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts according to the plan of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is building a database for the labor, war invalids and social affairs sector, including updating information on Vietnamese workers working abroad and workers returning home after their contracts expire, and service businesses operating to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad for management.

By the end of September, Hai Duong had 7,254 workers working abroad under contracts (exceeding the annual plan target by 57.8%), mainly in 3 markets: Taiwan (China) 3,931 people, Japan 2,704 people, South Korea 236 people, the rest are other markets 383 people.
