Recently, in Hong Phong commune (Nam Sach), a middle-aged woman appeared, claiming to be an officer of the Nam Sach District Medical Center. This subject went to the houses of some households in the commune to inform that the Nam Sach District Medical Center was deploying mosquito spraying in the commune, and announced that she would collect 150,000 VND/household.
In fact, the Nam Sach District Health Center did not spray insecticide and did not collect money from people. This subject impersonated an officer of the District Health Center and provided false information. Due to trust, some households in Phu Lien village fell into the trap and were cheated out of money by the subject.
Previously, this situation also occurred in some localities in Hai Duong.
