According to the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong), the number of visitors to the Tranh temple festival and Trinh Xuyen communal house this year doubled compared to the same period in 2024.
From March 7 to 13, the number of visitors to these two relics was about 40,000. Of which, about 30,000 visitors came to Tranh Temple; about 10,000 came to Trinh Xuyen Communal House, double the number of visitors from the previous festival season.
The reason for the increase in visitors is that this year's festival takes place on the weekend, with favorable weather. In particular, the festivals have been upgraded to a larger scale, with many new and attractive activities.
The Tranh Temple Festival in the spring of At Ty year 2025 will be held from March 7-9 and March 13. The traditional Tranh Temple Festival has been included in the list of national intangible cultural heritages by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2022. Trinh Xuyen Communal House Festival takes place for 4 days from March 8-11. In 2023, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province recognized the national architectural and artistic relics of Tranh Temple, Ninh Giang town and Trinh Xuyen Communal House relic, Nghia An commune as tourist destinations.
