First time issuing press release on legal document

This is the first month that the Department of Justice has developed and issued a press release on the province's legal documents to facilitate people and businesses to access legal information in a timely, complete and accurate manner. The release clearly states the validity, necessity, purpose of issuance and main content of the legal documents in June 2023.

In June 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued legal documents including: Decision No. 20/2023/QD-UBND dated June 19, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on management, protection and promotion of the value of historical - cultural relics and scenic spots in Hai Duong province, issued together with Decision No. 21/2021/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee; Decision No. 21/2023/QD-UBND dated June 23, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on management of drainage and wastewater treatment activities in Hai Duong province, issued together with Decision No. 23/2016/QD-UBND dated August 5, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee; Decision No. 22/2023/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on regulating the percentage to calculate land rental price, land rental price for underground construction, land rental price for land with water surface in Hai Duong province (See specific content here).

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee requested specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to be responsible for informing about legal documents drafted by their agencies that were issued by the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee during the month, and send them to the Department of Justice no later than the 5th of the following month to serve the preparation of press releases.

The Department of Justice shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to monitor and urge the units. The Department of Justice shall be responsible for synthesizing, developing and issuing press releases no later than the 10th of the following month.
