Driver Dinh Van Thang was speeding on Highway 391 in Tu Ky town. Tu Ky District Police (Hai Duong) inspected the truck and found it positive for drugs.

At 9:25 a.m. on March 6, on Provincial Road 391, Tu Ky town section, the traffic control patrol team of Tu Ky district police discovered truck 34H.015.99 violating the speed limit by 57/50 km/h.
The task force stopped the vehicle for inspection and discovered that driver Dinh Van Thang (born in 1982, in Binh Han ward, Hai Duong city) showed signs of drug use. After a quick test, driver Thang tested positive for drugs.
