The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists will organize many activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Photography Traditional Day (March 15, 1953 - March 15, 2023).
The series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary includes events such as: the award ceremony and opening of the exhibition of the 12th International Art Photography Competition in Vietnam in 2023 (March 13); the program of returning to the source and offering incense at the An Toan Khu of Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province - where President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree 147/SL to establish the "National Enterprise of Cinema and Photography of Vietnam" (March 14); the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Photography held at the International Convention Center (March 15); publishing a photo book on "State Awards, Ho Chi Minh Awards" and the photo book "Title of Excellent Photographer and Particularly Excellent Artist"...

The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists will commend and award the 2022 Outstanding Photography Award; confer the 2022 photography artist title; honor artists who are 40 years old or older (for the second time); coordinate with VTV and Nhan Dan Television channel to produce a documentary film on 70 years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Photography (duration 30 minutes), the film will be broadcast on VTV1 channel on March 11.
