More than 200 cadres, civil servants, workers and people of Kim Thanh district participated in blood donation, collecting 254 units of blood, reaching 100% of the plan.
On the morning of June 24, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Kim Thanh District coordinated with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to organize the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival, “Pink Hearts Festival”. This is the first blood donation event this year co-organized by the district.
The festival attracted more than 200 officials, teachers and civil servants of Kim Thanh district to participate, collecting 254 units of blood, reaching 100% of the plan. It is expected that on June 30, the district will organize another blood donation campaign with the goal of receiving 550 units of blood.
This year, Kim Thanh strives to collect 800 units of blood, equivalent to 2024.
