Recently, implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of Hai Duong City Party Committee, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has had many new ways to improve the professional skills of the inspection team, especially at the grassroots level.

The Inspection Committee of Hai Duong City Party Committee has deployed training for inspection staff at all levels with the principle of not spreading out the contents but focusing on topics and linking them to actual work. The pilot implementation of new models such as "1-1 training"; "professional coffee"; "answer box" and specialized training in clusters... has gradually improved the quality of leadership, direction and task implementation.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Dung, Chairman of the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, said: "To meet the requirements of the tasks in the new development stage in the context of streamlined staffing, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee continues to focus on applying technology and implementing digital transformation of the industry to support the implementation of assigned tasks. The Inspection Committee will study and report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for piloting the construction and deployment of the "Website and professional handbook on inspection and supervision work" and building a "virtual assistant" model in the operation of inspection and supervision work of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee in the coming time."

"Strengthening management and assignment of tasks associated with inspection and supervision of setting examples and performing assigned tasks of cadres and party members" is a breakthrough task of the Party Committee of the Bloc of agencies of Hai Duong province for the 2020-2025 term.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc has directed Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels within the bloc to well implement the motto: Inspection must have a focus and key points; supervision must be expanded to prevent violations. “Inspections and supervisions have been seriously and properly implemented by Party committees, Party cells, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees at all levels. The consideration and disciplinary action against violations within the Party Committee ensures the motto of “fairness, accuracy, timeliness”, the right person, the right nature, level, and violation, and has the effect of educating and preventing violations,” added Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee.

In the past time, the Inspection Committees at all levels in the province have closely followed the leadership and direction of the Party Committees and Inspection Committees at higher levels; proactively advised the Party Committees to perform the inspection and supervision tasks and well performed the tasks assigned by the Party Committees. At the same time, they have actively and proactively implemented the tasks prescribed by the Party Charter, focusing on inspecting and supervising sensitive contents and areas that are prone to shortcomings and violations.

Through inspection and supervision activities, clear conclusions have been drawn and timely and strict handling of violating party organizations and party members has been carried out, which has had an effective deterrent, warning and educational effect; at the same time, recommendations have been made to competent authorities to study, amend, supplement and overcome the shortcomings pointed out through inspection and supervision.

Inspection Committees at all levels have initially effectively performed the tasks of asset and income control agencies; developed plans and conducted verification of assets and income of officials and civil servants under their authority in accordance with the instructions of the Central Inspection Committee.

Attention is paid to the propaganda and dissemination of the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary work. After each session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission coordinates with the provincial press agencies and the Inspection Magazine to inform the meeting results so that cadres, party members and people can grasp them.

According to comrade Vu Hong Hien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the important task of the sector in the coming time is to focus on doing a good job of advising and effectively implementing tasks to contribute to preparing for the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The Inspection Committees at all levels will focus on inspecting and supervising cadres and party members who show signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, self-evolution, self-transformation; violating things that party members are not allowed to do. Inspect and supervise party organizations, leaders, and key cadres to allow corruption and negativity to occur; places where internal solidarity is lost, principles and regulations of the Party are violated; places where there are many complicated and prolonged complaints and lawsuits.

Inspection Committees at all levels also continue to strictly, promptly and in accordance with Party regulations when organizations and Party members violate; strengthen deterrence, education and warning to make Party organizations and Party members aware of violations and shortcomings in order to overcome and correct them...
