After adjusting the detailed planning, the green area in An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park (Hai Duong City) increased by 4,263 m2.
On October 2, Hai Duong City People's Committee approved local adjustments to the detailed construction planning of An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, Hai Duong City, scale 1/500.
The land area for planning adjustment is located in Viet Hoa ward (Hai Duong city). The north borders the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway protection corridor. The south borders the service road along National Highway 5. The east borders the road and Viet Hoa Water Plant. The west borders Tan Dan road to Viet Hoa ward.
According to the adjusted detailed planning, the green land area in the industrial park has increased. Accordingly, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City decided to adjust the land use structure, converting 4,263 m2 of service management land into green land. After adjustment, the green land area in this industrial park is more than 5.2 hectares, accounting for more than 11% of the total land area of the industrial park.
Previously, according to the zoning plan of Viet Hoa ward approved by the Provincial People's Committee in June 2021, the planning orientation of the railway overpass intersection included a part of the traffic planning area in the green area of this industrial park. The investor proposed to adjust the function of the land of the operation and service center into green land to supplement the green area for the industrial park.
An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park has an area of over 46.3 hectares, with An Phat High-Tech Joint Stock Company as the investor and infrastructure business.
