Gia Loc District People's Committee (Hai Duong) has established a zoning plan for the Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, Gia Loc District, at a scale of 1/2000, with an area of nearly 260 hectares.

Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is located in the administrative boundary of Gia Loc town and the communes of Hoang Dieu, Gia Khanh, Hong Hung (in Gia Loc district). The north borders the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway; the south borders the agricultural land of Phong Lam, Van Lam, Truc Lam villages of Hoang Dieu commune; the east borders district road 191D, the cultivated land of Gia Khanh, Hoang Dieu communes; the west borders national highway 37.

The total area of industrial park planning research is 259.78 hectares.

On the morning of October 9, the Department of Construction reported the planning project to the Provincial People's Committee.

This will be a multi-industry industrial park, attracting investment projects in industrial production with high added value; attracting industries according to the province's investment attraction fields and related laws such as electronics - information technology; automobile manufacturing and assembly; processing and manufacturing; electrical equipment manufacturing; smart machinery and equipment manufacturing; household appliances manufacturing.

The industrial park will be invested in building synchronous, modern technical infrastructure; have a system of convenient public social works (including accommodation facilities, trade services, culture, sports, healthcare, green parks...) to serve workers and laborers in the industrial park.
