The new land use right certificate form will only have two pages, the QR code will be printed at the top right corner of page one.

The above proposal is stated in the draft Circular regulating certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land and cadastral records. According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, QR codes help people look up information printed on certificates and feedback information to prevent counterfeiting.

The new certificate format also sees a change from four pages to two. Previously, most of the information on the certificate was on pages two and three, but according to the proposal, it will be moved to page one.

According to the draft, the National Emblem will be reduced in size and placed in the left corner of page one, instead of in the center as it is now. In the center of page one will be the words "CERTIFICATE".

Below, the line "OWNERSHIP OF HOUSING AND OTHER ASSETS ATTACHED TO LAND" is changed to "LAND USE RIGHTS, OWNERSHIP OF ASSETS ATTACHED TO LAND".

The land plot information section including land plot number, land type, land use term, origin of use, previous address on page two is now on page one. Similarly, information on assets attached to land, notes, land plot diagram, and certification from competent authorities are also on page one.

The information table of assets attached to land also includes additional declaration contents such as: Name of asset/construction item; construction area (m2); floor area or capacity; main structure; construction level; number of floors; year of construction completion; ownership period.

On page two there will be only information left.Changes after certificationandNumber entered in the book after the certificate is issued.

After consulting with people and ministries and localities in May, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will issue a circular.
