Hyundai's Creta EV comes in six variants, priced from $20,800 to $27,200.
Korean automaker Hyundai launched the Creta EV at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in India. This is the first time the Creta has a pure electric version. The Creta EV is sold in the Indian market in 6 versions, priced at 20,800 - 27,200 USD.
Hyundai equips the Creta EV with two battery pack options, including 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh, corresponding to operating ranges of 390 km and 473 km.
The Creta EV is equipped with a front-wheel-drive electric motor with 255 Nm of torque, producing 171 horsepower on the Long Range version and 135 horsepower on the lower version.
The battery supports DC fast charging from 10% to 80% in 58 minutes, while an 11 kW AC charger takes 4 hours to fully charge the battery from 10% to 100%.
The exterior of the Creta EV is not much different from the internal combustion engine version. The identifying point is the closed grille, decorated with pixel-like details.
The interior of the Creta Electric is inspired by the Ioniq 5. A pair of 10.25-inch screens are connected together, one for the dashboard and one for entertainment, 8 Bose speakers, electrically adjustable and ventilated front seats. 2-zone automatic air conditioning. New 3-spoke steering wheel, inherited from the Ioniq 5, gear lever behind the steering wheel.
