Nearly 1,500 social housing apartments in the Tan Phu Hung expanded residential and urban area (Hai Duong city) are expected to be completed and put into use in the second quarter of 2027.

The total preliminary investment capital for the social housing area in the expanded Tan Phu Hung urban area is nearly 1,400 billion VND.

On February 7, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to approve the investment policy and at the same time approved the investor, a consortium of Newland Investment Joint Stock Company - NHS Construction Investment, to implement the Project of Investment in construction of social housing area in Tan Phu Hung expanded residential and urban area, Hai Duong city.

The project includes 5 social housing buildings (CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, CT5) with a scale of 15 floors and 1 technical attic floor, construction area of about 10,947.4 m², floor area approximately 121,875 m². The total number of apartments is 1,479, the population is nearly 3,000 people. In addition, there are other technical and auxiliary works.

The project is implemented in the residential area, Tan Phu Hung urban expansion in Hai Tan and Tan Hung wards, using nearly 32,000 m²land; total preliminary investment capital of nearly 1,400 billion VND.

The project will be completed and put into full use in the second quarter of 2027.
