On July 28, a video clip was circulated on social media recording the entire scene of an extremely dangerous traffic situation that occurred on National Highway 38, through Ke Sat town (Binh Giang, Hai Duong) at 6:40 p.m. on July 25, making many viewers "heart-stopping".
According to the video, a container truck was traveling on Highway 38 when it turned onto a side road. At the same time, a truck overtook it. According to observations, the truck driver did not maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front and crossed the lane to overtake. From a distance, the truck traveling in the opposite direction lost control of its speed and hastily swerved into the garden to avoid colliding with the truck and bicycle.
The steering maneuver made viewers “heart-stopping” because at that time there were also cyclists and motorbikes participating in traffic at close distance to the truck. Luckily, the incident did not cause any human damage. In situations like that, just a little mistake can have unpredictable consequences.
