23 plots of land with a total area of over 3,000m2 in Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district (Hanoi) near Noi Bai International Airport will be auctioned at the end of December. The starting price is expected to be from 27.8 million VND/m2.
Specifically, the auction list includes 23 land plots with areas ranging from 100-147.50m2, intended for residential use.
The form of use is that the State allocates land with land use fees to build houses, through auctioning land use rights. The term of use is stable and long-term.
Starting prices for land plots range from 27.8-33.1 million VND/m2, depending on the location of the plot, with a set price of 200,000 VND/m2.
The auction is scheduled to take place on December 28 at the hall of the People's Committee of Soc Son district (Soc Son town, Soc Son district, Hanoi).
In Hanoi recently, land auctions have been quite active with a series of plots winning high prices.
That was the auction of land use rights for 14 residential plots in Dich Vong and Trung Hoa wards (Cau Giay) on November 22, with the highest winning price reaching 283 million VND/m2, or more than 43 billion VND for a 153m2 plot.
In addition, many other plots of land were also bid at high prices by investors. Most of the plots in the auctioned land area in lane 87, Nguyen Thi Dinh street were bid at 205-232 million VND/m2, the highest reaching 282.1 million VND/m2.
A plot of land in block D18 of Cau Giay new urban area has a winning price of 215 million VND/m2. A plot of land in lane 39 of Tu Mo street has a winning price of 218.1 million VND/m2.
Previously, on November 11, Dong Anh district also successfully auctioned dozens of land plots in the X6 plot, Ha Lo village, Lien Ha commune. The highest winning price was 38.3 million VND/m2; the lowest winning price was 32.3 million VND/m2.
After the auction ended, some plots of land were sold by the owners at a difference of 150-200 million VND/plot compared to the winning price.
Similarly, in Me Linh district, in less than a week, the locality successfully organized two land auctions in Thanh Lam and Tam Dong communes, with an estimated total revenue of about 41.5 billion VND.
