On December 28, the Provincial People's Committee approved the starting price as the basis for the auction of land use rights in Gia Loc town residential area, phase 10. There are 3 starting prices for the auction, including 3 land lots in area B with a starting price of 46 million VND/m2, 8 land lots in area H with 43 million VND/m2 and 6 other lots in area H with 40 million VND/m2.
The above prices include technical infrastructure investment costs according to projects approved by competent authorities and site clearance costs, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.
