More than 292 billion VND invested in building Ta Quang Buu apartment building

The construction of Ta Quang Buu apartment building in Binh Han ward (Hai Duong city) was a content considered at the regular October meeting (6th time) of the Provincial People's Committee on the morning of October 20.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested relevant departments, branches and localities to urgently carry out work to implement the Ta Quang Buu apartment building construction project.

According to the investment policy report of the Department of Planning and Investment, Ta Quang Buu apartment complex is built in Binh Han ward (Hai Duong city) with a scale of 390 apartments, each apartment area from 45-60 m2.²The total expected investment is more than 292 billion VND from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.

The project aims to relocate households living in degraded collective housing areas that do not ensure construction quality and safety in the city such as Binh Minh, May Bom, May Su collective housing areas...

After allocating apartments to families with remaining space, Hai Duong City is responsible for reporting to competent authorities the cases eligible for social housing policies. Project implementation period 2023-2025.

Concluding this content, Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Departments of Planning and Investment and Finance to advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial People's Council to include the project in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025; balance and allocate capital in the annual public investment plan to implement the project to ensure progress. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment reviewed and included the land area to be recovered for project implementation in the land use plan for the period 2021-2025.

Hai Duong City is responsible for the accuracy of the data on households eligible for relocation and resettlement according to the proposed investment policy. At the same time, review and include the land area for project implementation in the land use planning, annual land use plan and the 2021-2025 period to have a basis for land handover. At the same time, hand over related records and documents to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board so that the investor can carry out investment preparation steps according to regulations.
