The 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, 24th session, has just issued a resolution on the investment policy decision for the project to build a bridge over the Thai Binh River and the access road on the Ring Road I (Hai Duong City) from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390C with a total estimated investment of more than 1,228 billion VND.
Accordingly, the province will invest in building a bridge over the Thai Binh River, about 663m long and 22.5m wide.
The road section from Provincial Road 391 to Thai Binh River Overpass is about 0.437km long. The section from Thai Binh River Overpass to Provincial Road 390C is 1.4km long.
The project implementation location is in Ngoc Son commune and Tien Tien commune (Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province).
The project is invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project implementation period is from 2024-2027.
