Complete site clearance for the Trai Bau Residential Area Project (Hai Duong City) before August 29

Hai Duong City People's Committee is focusing on completing the land acquisition, support, compensation, and site clearance for a number of households using residential land and 2 organizations to implement the Trai Bau Residential Area Project, invested by Thai Son Bac Ha Joint Stock Company. The city strives to complete the site clearance for this project before August 29.

In October 2018, Hai Duong City announced the recovery of more than 7.2 hectares of land from 2 organizations and 212 households to hand over to the investor to implement the Trai Bau Residential Area Project. The city has completed the land recovery of the entire agricultural land area of ​​76 households using land 03 and public land.

Regarding non-agricultural land, the Project Clearance Council coordinated with the People's Committee of Le Thanh Nghi Ward to conduct a land inventory of 136 households and 1 organization, Thanh Dong High School. Dai Dong Lime Cooperative has not yet completed the inventory. Hai Duong City People's Committee has approved the compensation plan for land clearance for 1 organization and 113 households. Of which, 110 households have received money and handed over land.
