The Veterans Association at all levels of Hai Duong province has had many practical activities towards the 34th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Veterans Association (December 6, 1989 - December 6, 2023).
Hai Duong Province Veteran Entrepreneurs Associationjust awarded money to support the construction and repair of a "comradely love" house for veteran Nguyen Van Viet (78 years old, in Gia Coc village, Tu Cuong commune, Thanh Mien) in difficult circumstances.
The house is 30 square meters wide, costing 150 million VND to build. The Provincial Veteran Entrepreneurs Association supported 30 million VND.
Nam Sach District Veterans AssociationCoordinated with OceanBank Nam Sach branch to visit and give gifts to 6 families of veteran members in difficult circumstances in Minh Tan, Hop Tien, Hiep Cat and Cong Hoa communes, each gift includes a gift bag and 500,000 VND.
Morning of December 3,Veterans Association of 4 communesawarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces of Thanh Mien district including: Chi Lang Bac, Chi Lang Nam, Thanh Giang and Thanh Tung organized a men's volleyball exchange. Over 40 athletes from 4 communes participated in the exchange. The matches were exciting, attracting many members and people to watch and cheer.
