That is the assessment of the 2nd Congress of Delegates, term 2023-2028, of the Cam Giang District Veteran Entrepreneurs Association, held on November 19.
The Cam Giang District Veteran Entrepreneurs Association currently has 30 members who are business owners; agricultural service cooperatives, electricity and clean water supply; farms, ranches, etc.
Of these, 10 enterprises have an average revenue of 25 billion to over 100 billion VND/year, creating jobs and stable income for about 300 workers. The above members are leading the movement of veterans competing in production and good business at all levels, actively participating in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
The Cam Giang District Veteran Entrepreneurs Association also determined that during this term, it will focus on developing its membership through establishing and maintaining effective operations of the commune-level veteran and military entrepreneur club model. It strives to develop from 20 grassroots veteran associations, with 7,953 members and 4,807 veterans who are members of 17 clubs in communes, towns and enterprises in the district. In 2023, the association established the first grassroots veteran and military entrepreneur club in Cam Dong commune; at the same time, it is completing procedures to soon launch this additional model in Dinh Son commune in the first quarter of 2024.
