Provincial Business Association meets with National Assembly agencies

Comrade Bui Van Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, General Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Office and representatives of National Assembly agencies attended. Comrade Bui Van Cuong expressed his joy at the achievements Hai Duong has made in recent times, especially the successful implementation of the dual goal of both fighting the pandemic and developing the socio-economy. This includes the great contribution of the business community. Entrepreneurs and enterprises have made efforts to overcome difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, maintaining stable production and business and paying attention to social security.

Hai Duong is one of the localities that balances its own budget revenue and expenditure, so developing new enterprises as well as expanding the scale of old enterprises is very important. To achieve the common development goal, enterprises must determine specific strategies, visions, and appropriate production and business orientations. Enterprises need to invest and focus on training human resources. At the same time, actively apply science and technology to innovate enterprise management in a synchronous and in-depth direction. Associations and business associations need to create conditions for entrepreneurs to study, exchange, and share production and business experiences. In addition, all levels and sectors in the province must have solutions to create a healthy and fair business environment so that enterprises can compete equally.

According to the report of Ms. Luong Thu Huong, Chairwoman of the Provincial Business Association, Hai Duong currently has more than 16,200 enterprises and 60,000 business households. During the Covid-19 pandemic, enterprises have supported more than 30 billion VND in cash and tens of thousands of tons of essential goods for epidemic prevention.
