Hai Duong Provincial People's Council organizes thematic meetings in 2024 for the Provincial People's Council to promptly resolve urgent tasks of the province.

According to the Resolution on the plan to organize sessions of the Provincial People's Council in 2024, in addition to the two regular sessions in early July and early December, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council plans to organize two thematic sessions in April and September.
Based on the actual situation and general tasks of the province, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council agreed with the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to decide to organize a thematic meeting in 2024 to resolve urgent tasks of the province, meeting the requirements of state management, socio-economic development, security and defense in the province.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council agreed with the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee on the time to organize and the content of the thematic meeting 7 days before the opening date of the meeting.
Relevant agencies must send complete documents, records, and materials to be presented at thematic meetings to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council at least 5 days before the opening date of the meeting.
